Start times are assigned in order of receipt and are being assigned at 20-second intervals. Start times are approximate and are subject to change.  Start times will be updated weekly.

NO changes or subsititions after September 10. NO mailed registrations after September 10. You must check in at least ONE HOUR prior to your assigned start time.


***Please download the Participant Waiver here and bring a signed waiver with you to the event. Please do NOT fax the waiver. Each participant of your team will need to have a waiver at check in. ALL team members must be present at time of check in. If a participant is under the age of 18 AND a parent or legal guardian will not be present at the event, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver and have it notarized. This does not include JROTC participants.

All Pollywog participants must have a signed waiver at check in as well. If a parent or legal guardian will not be present with the Pollywog participant, a waiver must be signed and notarized.

  • Hardee's will be selling food throughout the day with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the event.


    ProPhoto will have professional photographers on the course and Team Photos will be available for purchase onsite as well as on our website after the event. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the event.
