check in at least ONE HOUR prior to your assigned start time.
***Please download the Participant Waiver here and bring a signed waiver with you to the event.
Please do NOT fax the waiver.
Each participant of your team will need to have a waiver at check in. ALL team members must be present at time of check in.
If a participant is under the age of 18 AND a parent or legal guardian will not be present at the event, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver and have it notarized. This does not include JROTC participants.
All Pollywog participants must have a signed waiver at check in as well. If a parent or legal guardian will not be present with the Pollywog participant, a waiver must be signed and notarized.
